29th, Saturday, Three Creeks Rally – First driving event of the year in Northern Delaware. The Rally begins at 10:30 am, at Garden Valley Park on Campbell Road in Greenville. Cars will leave at intervals starting at 11 am for a scenic drive lasting around 90 minutes on mostly 2 lane roads. The drive will conclude at a restaurant for lunch where scores will be tallied, route, directions, and answers will be debated and a winner declared. We will assemble at the Dunkin Donuts parking lot, 100 Four Seasons Pkwy, Newark, DE 19702 at 9:15 am for a departure at 9:30 am. The ride is 62 miles and takes about 90 minutes. We should arrive around 11 am. There will be a food truck on the premises for eating lunch. We will depart for home around 1 pm. and retrace our path back to Newark. We will wind our way north and west on local roads to reach MD 273, Telegraph Road, and join US 1 to cross the Conowingo Dam. Then we will take MD 440 to MD136.
